The target meets GB39552 and ENISO12312 and adopts green band peak filter, which is close to the visual transfer function design. The target brightness and angle can be adjusted by wireless control to set the ANSI87 sight target lens clarity and diopter test; it can meet the test requirements of various transmittance lenses, finished glasses, goggles, protective masks, etc.
24x distortion-free telescope
The excellent telescope design ensures that the sight mark is clearly visible (without distortion), and the size of the sight mark matches the field of view of the telescope well. It restores the clarity of the sight mark to the maximum extent.
Camera acquisition solution
Avoid subjective errors in human eye observation to the greatest extent possible. Cooperate with MD software control to save and match the observed sight mark image and the corresponding vertex data to facilitate comparison and judgment of subtle changes, and strive for accurate testing.

Uncut lens test fixture
The lens fixture is a quick-release structure that can be quickly replaced with a lens fixture. The synchronous structure and four free pivots can adjust the position at will. Supports almost any size and curvature of lens; supports integrated goggles testing.
Finished Sunglasses Testing
A special fixture simulated by a humanoid head model that can meet the testing needs of both adult and children's finished sunglasses, supporting quick left and right eye switching between 64mm and 54mm. And the simulated forehead support structure supports the testing of protective masks.
Specialized lens optical quality detection MD software
By synchronously controlling the camera, wireless backlight adjustment and sight mark angle rotation. Automatically convert lens spherical power, cylindrical power, and prismatic power; and calculate prism difference. Automatically determine whether the test data passes according to standard requirements, and red font prompts for failed items. It also has the function of saving and importing test data and pictures to facilitate product quality tracking. The report output function meets multiple standard requirements at the same time.
