Fully Automatic IR Hole Detection System Product Presentation

This instrument uses a manipulator to absorb the glass in the test area. The CCD camera vision system is used to accurately locate the sample hole of the glass to be tested, automatically calibrate the position offset, and move the sample to the detection system position. While the manipulator is moving, the detection system automatically tests the sample, collects the results through the software, and automatically determines OK or NG. The manipulator automatically places the sample in the corresponding good product area or defective product area.
