The quantum efficiency measurement system consists of excitation light source, integrating sphere, spectrometer, optical fiber and other components, suitable for detecting the fluorescence quantum efficiency of samples. The excitation light source is an LED light source or laser with different wavelength bands. The excitation light source can be selected from different wavelength bands, and users can customize the excitation light source according to their sample excitation needs. It can measure the quantum efficiency of photoluminescence, perform excitation wavelength spectrum analysis, photoluminescence exciton spectrum analysis, electroluminescence spectrum analysis, etc.
