二、Product Overview

The JY-PDT series high-speed bias voltage silicon photodetectors are high-performance optical detection products independently developed by Guangzhou Jingyi Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. These detectors utilize high-quality silicon materials as the photosensitive components, with a light sensing range spanning from 400nm to 1100nm, encompassing the visible to near-infrared wavelength bands. They are widely used in high-speed laser pulse measurements, fiber optic communication system testing, scientific research experiments, and other fields.
This series of products adopts a bias voltage design, featuring extremely low noise and fast response. They can achieve high-precision optoelectronic signal conversion without the need for additional gain. The products offer a variety of coupling options, supporting interfaces such as window plates, spherical lenses, FC/PC fiber optic holders, SMA, and more, providing flexibility for adapting to different application scenarios.

四、Technical Features

4.1 Wide spectral response

The photosensitive range spans from 400nm to 1100nm, with a peak response wavelength of 730nm, perfectly fitting the optoelectronic measurement needs of visible and near-infrared wavelengths. The spectral response curve is flat, and the peak responsivity reaches 0.46 A/W.

 

4.2 High speed and low noise

JY-PDT250 series: With a rise time of only 150ps, a 3dB bandwidth of up to 2GHz, and a NEP as low as 9.29×10⁻¹⁵ W/Hz¹/², it is suitable for ultrafast optical pulse measurements

4.3 Flexible coupling method

Four input coupling methods are provided to meet the docking requirements of different optical systems:

•  Window type: suitable for direct incidence of free-space light, with a planar anti-reflective coating to reduce reflection loss

• Spherical lens type: Integrated spherical lens coupling to enhance light collection efficiency

• FC/PC fiber optic connector type: standard fiber optic interface, suitable for fiber optic transmission systems

• SMA type: RF standard interface, suitable for high-frequency signal transmission scenarios

4.4 Plug-and-play design

• Built-in 12V bias power supply (powered by A23 battery), no external bias voltage required

• SMA signal output interface, with a standard impedance of 50Ω, allowing direct connection to an oscilloscope

• M4 rod interface, facilitating the installation and fixation of the optical platform

4.5 High reliability guarantee

•  Operating temperature range: 0~40℃, suitable for conventional laboratory environment

• All-metal casing, effectively shielding electromagnetic interference
