JY-UNSa050 Uniform Adjustable Extended Light Source is a uniformly adjustable extended light source designed specifically for the display industry. This product integrates 6 spectral channels of LED light source groups inside the integrating sphere as a lighting system, achieving output illumination with equal color temperature and continuously adjustable light source at CCT=3000K, 4500K, and 6000K. The product includes two parts: the integrating ball host and the electric control box. The integrating ball is equipped with LED light sources with 6 spectral channels, which are combined to form an LED integrating ball light source. The control box uses PWM control through USB interface to control the color temperature and uniform illumination output of the integrating sphere light source. The illumination at the opening of the LED integrating sphere can be quickly and continuously adjusted, and the output uniformity can reach over 98%. The stability of the light source can be controlled within ± 0.5%. The product is equipped with a high-performance self-made spectrometer and calibration software before leaving the factory. It can calibrate the spectrometer online and also communicate with the CL-500A spectral illuminance meter to control it, achieving automatic calibration of the product's illuminance and color temperature output, ensuring that users can use products with long-term stability during application. This product can provide customized color temperature and illumination range according to customer needs, and can also match customized size light spots.
