Product Introduction The colorimetric dish holder comes standard with three quartz collimating lenses with a focal length of f/2 (f=10, diameter=6.3mm). Each collimating lens is equipped with a fiber optic connector, which is connected to the fiber optic to read or illuminate the sample. When used in conjunction with a spectrometer and light source, it is capable of measuring absorbance, fluorescence, scattering, or any combination of optical phenomena.

Application Area Used for measuring liquid transmittance, absorbance (measured at 0 degrees), concentration, and fluorescence spectra (measured vertically at 90 degrees).
