Quantum Efficiency Measurement System
The quantum efficiency measurement system consists of an excitation light source, integrating sphere, spectrometer, optical fiber, and other components. It is suitable for measuring the photoluminescence quantum efficiency of samples. The excitation light source can be LED sources or lasers at different wavelengths, with selectable excitation wavelength ranges. Users can customize the excitation light source according to the excitation requirements of the sample. This system can measure the quantum efficiency of photoluminescence, excitation wavelength spectrum analysis, photoluminescence spectrum analysis, laser-induced photoluminescence spectra, and electroluminescence spectra.
