Fully automatic IR hole transmittance detector

Fully automatic IR hole transmittance detector

The instrument uses a robotic arm to extract the glass sample to be tested, and uses a CCD camera vision system to accurately locate and automatically calibrate the sample hole, moving the sample to the detection position. During the movement of the robotic arm, the detection system synchronously completes the test, and the software automatically collects data and determines whether it is OK or NG. Finally, the robotic arm divides the sample into the good or defective product area.
Product Features
    • Flexible usage scenarios, suitable for printing assembly lines or sample placement areas;
    • Adopting a mother arm and child arm system to synchronize movement and detection, improving efficiency;
    • Equipped with a CCD image recognition system to achieve precise positioning of sample positions and hole positions;
    • The robotic arm is deeply integrated with the CCD system, and the entire process is unmanned, balancing efficiency and accuracy.
