The JY-QEY6500-EL electroluminescence test system is consistent with the photoluminescence solution. It is designed with a modular concept and is particularly suitable for use in glove boxes. It uses the industry's flagship spectrometer and can accurately measure quantum efficiency, brightness, chromaticity, etc., truly realizing the simultaneous preparation and testing.
There are two configurations for the EL test solution, which are adapted to different sample morphologies, device brightness and test requirements. With the source meter and software, the device can be measured more accurately.
Solution 1: High degree of integration, adapted to wireless remote control automated testing, 3.3-inch integrating sphere is more suitable for high-brightness samples, special fixtures can be customized according to the device, and PL can be expanded.
Solution 2: Highly flexible probe station solution, single-point testing, small-volume special-shaped samples are applicable, 1.5-inch integrating sphere, can test low-brightness samples, easy to install, compact and flexible.
Customizable solution: It can adapt to devices and integrating spheres of different sizes and structures, and customize systems or special fixtures to meet special testing needs.
