Jingyi Optoelectronics has launched a transmittance detector specifically designed to detect the near-infrared transmittance characteristics of plastic materials for this type of plastic material. The accurate value can be detected in milliseconds to determine whether it meets the set transmittance value of the process, in order to avoid defective workpieces entering the production process. Custom fixtures can be customized based on samples, and CCD image monitoring is used at the testing site to avoid testing errors that are not visible to the naked eye in near-infrared light.
