JINGYI Jing Yi
Multi point uniformity transmittance tester
JING YI GUANG DIAN COMPANY
Customization of different frequency bands to meet different testing needs
Test the transmittance of various types of lenses
Magnetic testing bracket, easy to use and replace. Each bracket corresponds to different testing requirements: single lens, finished glasses, contact lenses.
Meet the uniformity testing requirements of various standards
ISO/GB QB/EN/ANSI/ASNZS/CSA require different testing areas for uniformly stained mirrors and step stained mirrors;
Test area diameters of 20mm, 24mm, 28mm, 30mm, and 40mm. Requirement for testing the 5mm diameter of the light spot illuminated by the light source.
Accurate broadband transmittance testing
Conduct a full band test on multiple locations within the testing area. Including Tv integral value, UV integral value, Q factor, CIE color limit, Lab color space; And the corresponding indicators required by each standard. And form a complete test report on lens transmittance and uniformity.
Customization of different frequency bands to meet different testing needs
- 360~780nm
- 280~980nm(UVB、UVA、NIR)
- 360~1700nm(UV、NIR)
- 360~2000nm(UV、NIR)
Sample testing settings interface
To accurately locate the testing position of the lens and the testing area required by the standard. The powerful settings interface opens up various parameter settings, allowing operators to quickly input the corresponding size parameters, selection standards, and reference lens types for lenses or finished lenses. Built in distortion free viewfinder, combined with automatic reference line, can provide precise guarantee for the testing position.
Example of Testing Finished Glasses
Four color selectable reference lines provide optimal contrast for lenses of different colors. The automatic reference line automatically calculates the optimal testing area based on various parameters such as the set lens shape, lens vertical height, horizontal width, optical center (reference point) displacement, pupillary distance, nasal bridge distance, selection criteria, lens staining type, etc.
Global preview interface for test parameters
Clear layout data preview box, allowing real-time viewing of various parameters of the test lens. Including standard judgment, band transmittance, transmittance curve, CIE color limit, CIE Lab color space. Simultaneously, automatically calculate lens uniformity, polarization efficiency, color changing ability, and color difference based on test data.
