JY-iphS-D 辐射校准光源:提升航天光学遥感传感器量化精度
JY-iphS-D
With the development of remote sensing information quantification and the improvement of the application depth of remote sensing data products, the requirements for the quantification accuracy of aerospace/aeronautical optical remote sensors are getting higher and higher, and the stability requirements for the radiation calibration system are also many orders of magnitude higher than those of conventional products. The JY-iphS-D uniform adjustable extended light source is equipped with a spectrum measurement system and an absolute radiation brightness self-calibration device, making the radiation calibration light source a standard integrating sphere light source with the ability to calibrate the output spectrum radiation brightness in real time.
Product advantages Wide spectral range, covering visible to short-wave infrared (400nm~2500nm) The spectral radiance calibration process real-time calibrates the national spectral radiance standard and transmits it to the self-calibration device The output radiance is controllable, and the radiance range reaches 10⁹, which meets the requirements of high dynamic range calibration Control the brightness output according to the preset radiance value to meet the flexible calibration application 0.5%/2h high stability radiance output meets the requirements of long-term high stability calibration process 99% radiance uniformity and 99% angle (Lambert) uniformity
