Introduction to Standard Reference Aluminum Mirror Products
Standard reference aluminum mirror
Product Introduction: The standard reflector is a standard specular reflection reference object used for reflectance measurement. It is made of high-reflective aluminum material through thermal evaporation and can provide a high reflectance of over 90% across a wide spectral range from ultraviolet to visible and near-infrared.
Product Features High Reflectivity Surface Standard high specular reflectivity aluminum mirror can be used to measure the reflectivity of materials such as photosensitive substrates, optical coatings, machined metals, and semiconductor materials. It serves as a reference for objects with high specular reflectivity values on their surface. The reflectivity is approximately 80%-95% at wavelengths ranging from 250nm to 800nm. The reflectivity is approximately 80%-90% at wavelengths ranging from 800nm to 2500nm. The mirror surface is protected by a protective film. The aluminum mirror surface exhibits specular reflection, and the fused silica coating on the mirror prevents oxidation of the aluminum mirror surface
Precautions for Use: When setting a high reflectivity benchmark, a standard reference aluminum mirror can be used. The aluminum film is protected by a layer of fused silica coating. Users should still exercise extreme caution during use to ensure that the standard surface is not damaged. Do not touch the surface with your hands or objects to avoid contamination and damage. When cleaning the surface, first use high-pressure gas to blow off dirt and dust from the surface, and then use the traction cleaning method to remove fingerprints and fixed residues. The traction cleaning method involves using lens paper dipped in acetone or alcohol to slowly pull across the surface of the lens. Then, drag it unidirectionally on the lens surface, and allow it to dry naturally. Generally, wiping is not necessary. After the solvent evaporates evenly, it will not leave any streaks or stains on the lens surface. The exposed metal layer is very clean and precise, and this method should not be used for cleaning. Fingerprints and dirt can cause permanent damage to it, so users must be very careful during operation to extend its service life.
