Product Overview
The JY-NIR series of cooled near-infrared spectrometers utilizes a high-performance cooled linear InGaAs detector with integrated chip-level cooling technology, allowing the detector to be cooled to a constant -20ºC. This effectively suppresses dark current noise, significantly improving dynamic range and weak signal detection capabilities. The instrument employs a symmetrical crossed Czerny-Turner (C-T) optical path design, covering the 900-2500nm near-infrared band, and offers multiple standard band configurations and customization options to meet high-precision spectral analysis needs.
Deep Cooling Technology: TEC thermoelectric cooling to -20ºC, reducing dark current by 1-2 orders of magnitude
High Signal-to-Noise Ratio: Signal-to-noise ratio up to 10,000:1, ensuring accurate capture of weak signals
Wide Dynamic Range: 18-bit A/D conversion (500KHz sampling rate)
Flexible Integration Time: Wide adjustable range from 7.8ms to 64s, adapting to different light intensity conditions
Multiple Trigger Modes: Supports hardware/software triggering, facilitating integration into automated systems
High Temperature Reliability: Optimized thermal management design ensures long-term stable operation
