Product Introduction
The JY-KEY6500-EL electroluminescence testing system is consistent with the photoluminescence scheme and adopts a modular design approach, making it particularly suitable for use inside glove boxes. Equipped with industry-leading flagship spectrometers, it can accurately measure parameters such as quantum efficiency, brightness, and chromaticity, truly achieving synchronous preparation and testing.
The EL testing scheme provides two configurations, each adapted to different sample shapes, device brightness, and testing requirements. Paired with a source table and specialized software, more accurate measurements of the device can be made.
Solution 1: High integration, supporting wireless remote control automation testing, equipped with a 3.3-inch integrating sphere, more suitable for high brightness samples. Specialized fixtures can be customized according to the device and support PL expansion.
Option 2: High flexibility probe station solution, suitable for single point testing, can be used to test small volume or irregular samples. Adopting a 1.5-inch integrating sphere, suitable for low brightness samples, easy to install, compact and flexible.
