Product Introduction The cuvette holder comes standard with three quartz collimating lenses with a focal length of F/2 (F=10, diameter = 6.3MM). Each collimating lens is equipped with a fiber optic connector, which is connected to a fiber optic cable to read or illuminate the sample. When used in conjunction with a spectrometer and a light source, it is capable of measuring absorbance, fluorescence, scattering, or any combination of these optical phenomena.
