JY-UNS390 and JY-UNS540 Spectral Simulators: Professional Lighting Solutions
JY-UNS390 Spectral Simulator is a uniformly adjustable extended light source designed specifically for the display industry. This product combines multiple spectral channels of LED light source groups as a lighting system, achieving constant color temperature adjustable light source output illumination at CCT=3000K, 5500K, and 6500K. The product includes two parts: a light source box and an electrical control box. The light source box is equipped with multiple spectral channels of LED light sources combined to form an LED uniform light source box. The electric control box uses PWM control method through USB interface to control the output color temperature and uniform illumination of the light source box. The output illuminance can be quickly and continuously adjusted, and the output uniformity can reach over 98%. The stability of the light source can be controlled within ± 0.5%. The product is equipped with a high-performance self-made spectrometer and calibration software before leaving the factory. It can calibrate the spectrometer online and also communicate with the CL-500A spectral illuminance meter to control it, achieving automatic calibration of the product's illuminance and color temperature output, ensuring that users can use products with long-term stability during application. This product can provide customized color temperature and illumination range according to customer needs, and can also match customized size light spots.

JY-UNS540 JY-UNS540 Scene Lighting Simulator is used to simulate various lighting scenes, simulating the required lighting spectrum through the combination of multiple LED light sources. This instrument can store 100 types of illumination spectra internally, which can be switched through software, and various spectra can also be set and automatically switched. The LED light source is controlled by a high-precision current controller to emit light, which is used for precise control of the spectrum, making the simulated spectrum more accurate and ensuring that parameters such as color temperature, color rendering index, and brightness meet user needs.
Product advantages: High precision daylight simulator can achieve high color rendering index and high color temperature accuracy under different solar altitude angles. It can simulate lighting in any scene, reproduce any measured or imported spectral power distribution. SPD can customize the switching method between light sources, and choose between fast switching and gradual switching between light sources. Multiple switching speeds can be set to adjust the brightness. Under the premise of the same color temperature and color rendering index, the brightness can be adjusted to meet the application of different brightness scenes for customers.
