The JY-F05 micro reflectance detector can accurately measure the spectral reflectance of small, thin, and curved samples that cannot be measured by current spectrophotometers, without interfering with the reflected light on the back of the sample. Feature 1: Eliminate reflected light from the back
Using a special optical system to eliminate reflected light from the back. No need for anti reflection treatment on the back, the reflectivity of the curved lens surface can be accurately measured.
Feature 2 can measure the reflectivity of small areas
Focusing on the small spot (ø 60 μ m) on the sample surface with an objective lens can determine whether the lens surface and coating layer are uniform.
Characteristic 3: Short measurement time
Due to the use of a high-speed spectral metering mechanism with planar gratings and line sensors, rapid and highly repetitive measurements can be performed.
Feature 4 supports XY chromaticity diagram and Lab * measurement
