The JY-PDT series high-speed bias silicon photodetector is a high-performance photodetector product independently developed by Guangzhou Jingyi Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. This series of detectors uses high-quality silicon material as the photosensitive element, with a photosensitive range covering 400nm~1100nm, covering visible light to near-infrared bands. It is widely used in high-speed laser pulse measurement, fiber optic communication system testing, scientific research experiments and other fields.
This series of products adopts a bias type design, which has the characteristics of extremely low noise and fast response, and can achieve high-precision photoelectric signal conversion without additional gain. The product offers multiple coupling methods to choose from, supporting window panels, ball lensesFC/PC fiber optic socket, SMA and other interfaces, flexibly adapting to different application scenarios.

Photosensitive range coverage400nm~1100nm, The peak response wavelength is 730nm, perfectly adapting to the optoelectronic measurement needs of visible light and near-infrared bands. The spectral response curve is flat, with a peak responsivity of 0.46 A/W.

• JY-PDT250 series: Rise time of only 150ps, 3dB bandwidth up to 2GHz, NEP as low as 9.29 × 10 ⁻¹⁵ W/Hz ¹/², suitable for ultrafast optical pulse measurement
Provide four input coupling methods to meet the docking requirements of different optical systems:
• Window type: suitable for direct incidence of free space light, with a flat anti reflection film to reduce reflection loss
• Ball lens type: Integrated ball lens coupling to improve light collection efficiency
• FC/PC fiber optic socket type: standard fiber optic interface, suitable for fiber optic transmission systems
• SMA type: RF standard interface, suitable for high-frequency signal transmission scenarios
• Built in 12V bias power supply (powered by A23 battery), no external bias is required
• SMA signal output interface, 50 Ω standard impedance, directly connected to oscilloscope
• M4 support rod interface for easy installation and fixation of optical platforms
• Working temperature range: 0~40 ℃, suitable for conventional laboratory environment
• All metal casing effectively shields electromagnetic interference
• Low dark current design (minimum 35pA) to ensure measurement accuracy
